I got certified as a personal trainer over 10 years ago, but it wasn’t until I started injuring myself post-babies that I started really paying attention to HOW and WHY I move. I re-learned everything, and I re-built my body from the ground up. I did this all while making and raising 3 babies, because I used whatever time I did have (no more, no less) to strengthen those foundations. Stepping into this course will help you gain the confidence you need in your body, in your movements, and in your resolve, so you can step into the next program or sport with full conviction. You'll come out of the program with:

Here's what we're going to work on together:

Month 1

In the first few weeks of the course we will dive deep into what your goals are, and what we need to work on to achieve them. I call this "orientation month" as you get familiarized with  the program & tech, figure out family scheduling, and we get to know each other.

Month 2

In the second month we'll work on deepening your exercise and habit practice. The mid-way point is usually the sticking point, so we'll take time to refocus on your goals so you don't fall off-track.

Month 3

In final month we'll expand your exercise repertoire and start to prepare you for how to succeed after the program's completed.

FAQ
Q: How does the online program work?
A: The course content will be delivered on our secure networking site which you'll gain access to once you have finalized your payment. You can pick through the content at your own pace throughout the week. The workouts are all programmed through a platform called True Coach; they will be emailed to you daily, and you will also have access to them on your desktop and/or mobile app. You'll receive more detailed instructions in a course Welcome Email. 
Q:  How long are the workouts?
A:  In the first month there are two workouts per week,  approximately 15 minutes each. There are also two days for you to do an activity of choice (this is a great opportunity for a fun family activity!)
Q:  How much does it cost?
A: The cost of the program is $300 per month. However, if you'd like to join but would like to discuss flexible pricing options I'm happy to talk about some solutions. 
Q:  What equipment will I need?
A: In the first month we do bodyweight exercises only! In the second month we use resistance bands (I'm happy to provide affordable recommendations if you don't have any), and in the third month there's the option to add light dumbbells. 
Q:  How personalized is this program?
A: Although the workouts and course material are the same, I give detailed feedback on all your workouts based on videos and feedback you'll provide to me through our training app, and I'll adjust any movements as needed. There will be plenty of interaction with me 1:1, and we'll be figuring out individualized habit strategies. 
Q:  Will this program help me lose weight? 
A: This program is not specifically aimed at fat loss. However, some clients do lose weight as they learn to integrate healthier habits into their lifestyles more consistently. 
Q:  I'm pregnant/postpartum - are the workouts safe for me to do? 
A: These workouts are very gentle, and put a strong emphasis on core work and postural muscles - all the things moms need to be addressing in their training. However, you should consult your OB before beginning any new exercise regimen. 
Q:  What if something comes up and I can't do a workout, or need to take time off?
A: Life happens, I get it! This program was built with #momlife in mind. All of the workouts are flexible and can easily be shuffled around to suit your family's schedule. If for some reason you had to miss a week of workouts due to illness or injury, your program will remain "active" so you can finish up on the rest of the workouts on your own time :) 
Q:  Do I need to be a mom to join this course?
A: No ma'am, you do not! Although the course is designed with moms in mind, the approach we take for changing habits, learning movement, and planning fitness will work for anybody who is novice level, busy, and open to change.
